Kwan Yin is known as the Goddess of Mercy. She directs the flame of mercy and compassion. She is a member of the karmic board and represents the Sixth Ray on that board. She is in charge of directing the healing activity to mankind and the Earth. Her services to mankind are Mercy and Healing. Mercy means there is more assistance given through love than merit earned.
Fourteen thousand years ago, she was chohan of the Seventh Ray for two thousand years cycles and remained as chohan until Saint Germain took over in 1954. Her flower and electronic pattern are the five-petaled lotus.
