Usui Traditional Reiki I and II
Reiki is a simple, practical, hands – on healing technique that can be learnt and practiced by anyone with a sincere desire for improved health and well – being. It is the safest and simplest of natural healing methods and yet it can bring profound emotional, physical and spiritual relief.
First Degree
Students receive attunements, which align and open their energy centers to Reiki. They learn the history of Reiki, the basic hands positions for treatment of self and others, and the many different ways Reiki can be used in our everyday life.
Second Degree
This level allows a more comprehensive use of Reiki. Techniques are taught for invoking more energy, for sending Reiki at a distance and for furthering the mental, spiritual and emotional healing processing of individuals.
